Sell your tickets without handing your audience to a marketplace

A checkout under your brand, dynamic-QR tickets on the buyer's phone, transfers under your rules and a virtual queue that survives the on-sale. Everything that happens next β€” access, bars, data β€” runs off this same sale. You pay a fee per ticket sold. No setup fee, no monthly fee, no lock-in.

The problem

On a giant marketplace, your event is one more row in the catalogue.

Selling on someone else's marketplace

  • The buyer belongs to the platform, not to you
  • Your audience's data lives in someone else's house
  • Your event competes with the ones next to it on the same page
  • The big on-sale crashes or fills up with bots
  • Tickets get resold elsewhere and you never see a euro

With your own sales channel

  • The checkout carries your brand and the buyer is yours
  • Every sale feeds your database, not the platform's
  • A virtual queue so the on-sale survives the spike
  • A dynamic QR that cannot be copied or screenshotted
  • Transfers and resale under rules you set
What it does

A complete sales channel, not a buy button

Checkout under your brand

Buyers purchase in your environment, in their language and currency, without being sent to a marketplace that shows them other events.

Ticket on the phone

A rotating dynamic QR that is useless as a screenshot, with the ticket stored on the buyer's phone. Less fraud, shorter queues.

Virtual queue for on-sales

When you open a big sale, the virtual queue feeds buyers into the system in order instead of letting the spike bring it down.

Controlled transfers

Buyers can pass their ticket to a friend through the official channel, with a new name and full traceability, instead of a WhatsApp screenshot.

Season tickets and bundles

Sell the season pass, the two-day bundle or the ticket with add-ons from the same checkout.

Instalment payments

Buyers can pay in instalments with Klarna at checkout. Expensive tickets stop being a single-hit barrier.

The ticket is the start of the relationship, not the end of the sale.

For the promoter

Every ticket sold leaves you more than the money

Selling through your own channel means each attendee's name, email and purchase behaviour are yours, with their consent, for your next event. The fee is charged per ticket sold: if you don't sell, you don't pay. And the same sale feeds access control, the bars and the analytics without integrating anything.

Fits your operation

The sale is the piece that switches everything else on

It is not a standalone module: it is the data source for the rest of the system.

Access controlEvery ticket sold already exists at the door: no exported lists, nothing to sync.
PaymentsWhat you sell is settled before the event, not whenever the platform feels like it.
AnalyticsSales pace, channels and audiences, in real time from the first ticket.
ResaleIf the event sells out, controlled resale turns the extra demand into your revenue.
Frequently asked questions

What you ask us about ticket sales

What does it cost?+

A fee per ticket sold. No setup fee, no monthly fee, no lock-in: if you don't sell, you don't pay. Plans change settlement speed and limits, not the model.

Do I own my buyers' data?+

Yes. Buyers purchase through your channel and their data, with their consent, stays in your base for your next events. We don't rent your audience back to you.

Can it survive a big on-sale?+

For spiky sales we use a virtual queue: buyers enter in order instead of hitting the system all at once.

Can a buyer pass their ticket to someone else?+

Yes, through the official channel: the ticket changes name and the QR regenerates. The screenshot doing the rounds on WhatsApp stops working.

Can I sell season tickets or bundles?+

Yes. Season passes, multi-day bundles and tickets with add-ons are sold from the same checkout as the single ticket.

Can buyers pay in instalments?+

Yes, the checkout offers instalments with Klarna. You get your settlement as normal; the instalments are between the buyer and Klarna.
